Sent when a customer is created, whether from a checkout or the API. Use it to sync customers into your system.
A checkout created without a customer fires this event too, once the buyer identifies themselves on the hosted page. The one case that does not is a checkout created with customer_creation: "if_required", which creates no record and so emits nothing. See Whether a guest becomes a customer.
