> ## Agent Instructions
> Money is always a decimal string at the currency's precision (for example "29.00"), paired with an ISO 4217 currency field. Never use minor units.
> Build against the sandbox first: base URL https://sandbox-api.bachs.io with sk_sandbox_ keys. Production is https://api.bachs.io with sk_live_ keys; going live is a key swap.
> Treat webhooks (for example collection.succeeded) as the source of truth for fulfilment, never client-side events or redirects.
> Subscriptions are created by completing a checkout for a recurring product. There is no direct create-subscription endpoint.
> IDs carry resource prefixes (cust_, prod_, sub_, chk_, inv_, ref_) and timestamps are ISO 8601 UTC.

# Developers

> The tools for building on Bachs from code: the CLI, the SDKs, webhooks and the Developer portal.

## Get started

Build on Bachs from your terminal and your server. The CLI logs in, forwards webhooks to your machine and sends test events. The Node.js and Python SDKs wrap the API. In the dashboard, the Developer portal holds your API keys and webhook endpoints, and shows every request your keys make and every event Bachs delivers.

*Image: The Developer portal's Events tab for one webhook endpoint: the latest delivery attempts, each answered with 204 OK, beside the endpoint's delivery performance.*

## Essentials

> [card] [Install the CLI](https://docs.bachs.io/cli/overview.md)
>
> Log in, forward webhooks to localhost and trigger test events.

> [card] [Use an SDK](https://docs.bachs.io/sdks/overview.md)
>
> Call the API from Node.js, TypeScript or Python.

> [card] [API reference](https://docs.bachs.io/api-reference/overview.md)

> Create a sandbox key and send your first request.

## Webhooks

> [card] [Set up webhooks](https://docs.bachs.io/guides/webhooks/overview.md)
>
> Add an endpoint, verify signatures and handle retries.

> [card] [Test webhooks locally](https://docs.bachs.io/developer-portal/local-testing.md)
>
> Forward real events to your machine with the CLI.

> [card] [Replay webhook events](https://docs.bachs.io/guides/webhooks/replay-events.md)
>
> Deliver an event again after your endpoint missed it or you fixed your handler.

## Developer portal

> [card] [Manage API keys](https://docs.bachs.io/developer-portal/api-keys.md)
>
> Create scoped keys, rotate them and revoke what you no longer use.

> [card] [Monitor webhook deliveries](https://docs.bachs.io/developer-portal/events.md)
>
> Delivery health per endpoint, every attempt, and one-click retries.

> [card] [Inspect request logs](https://docs.bachs.io/developer-portal/logs.md)
>
> Every API request your keys made, with its full request and response.

## Versions and changes
